Unlike classic surgical techniques, the Preservé™ system uses original surgical instruments that gently expand the tissues instead of cutting them extensively. Thanks to this, there is significantly less surgical trauma, less postoperative pain, less swelling and faster healing.

Part of the procedure is a mini-invasive breast lifting and remodeling technique that restores their natural position. To achieve the optimal shape or volume, the performance is complemented by Motiva® SmoothSilk Ergonomix2® implants, which naturally adapt to the movement of the body and create a soft, natural result.

A significant advantage of this technique is the possibility of performing the procedure under analgosedation in combination with local anesthesia without the need for classical general anesthesia with intubation. After a short postoperative observation, the patient goes home on the day of the operation.

Progress

The procedure is preceded by a professional consultation, during which the plastic surgeon evaluates the quality of the skin, the degree of breast sagging, the amount of own breast tissue and anatomical proportions. Based on the examination, he will propose an individual operating plan and assess whether mini-invasive Preservé™ mastopexy is a suitable solution for the patient.

The performance takes place under analgosedation in combination with local anesthesia. Using the original tools of the Preservé™ system, the breast tissues are gently loosened, remodeled and lifted without extensive dissection. To achieve an optimal shape, the performance is complemented by the Motiva® SmoothSilk Ergonomix2® implant.

After the procedure, the patient undergoes a short post-operative observation and then goes home with detailed instructions for follow-up care.

The results

The result is visible immediately after the operation, while the final shape of the breasts gradually stabilizes over the following months.

Convalescence

After the procedure, you may experience slight swelling, tenderness or a feeling of tension, which are a natural part of healing. Thanks to the mini-invasive surgical approach, these symptoms are usually less pronounced than with classic mastopexy.

Most patients go home on the day of surgery and return to normal daily activities much earlier than after a classic breast lift. We recommend wearing the compression bra according to the operator's instructions. We recommend limiting more intense physical activity and sports to approximately 4-6 weeks.

The stability of the result depends on the natural aging process, hormonal changes, pregnancy and maintaining a stable body weight.
